Photography: All efforts have been made to accurately photograph the finishes and colors of products. Slight variances can sometimes occur between the photographic representation and the actual product.
Pricing: Prices may be subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs, taxes and or installation fees if applicable.
Shipping: All shipments will be made via the carrier of our choice. All shipments are shipped from our studio in Brooklyn, New York. Certain products that cannot be shipped will be delivered via white glove service and our studio will coordinate the delivery details and pricing. International customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that are incurred during transit. Orders can be shipped via expedited service, however there is an additional surcharge for this service.
Return Policy: Returned goods require an RGA number. Please call or email us at studio@thislexik.com to obtain your number and make sure it is clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned. Product must be shipped within 15 calendar days for credit to be issued. All returns are subject to a 10 % restocking fee. Any products that have been used or modified cannot be returned or exchanged.
Availability: Thislexik does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change products at any time.
Trade Discount: Architects, interior designers and other trade professionals may qualify for a trade discount. To qualify for a trade discount, please contact us directly at studio@thislexik.com
Lead Times: All lead times correspond to the lead times on the product line sheet. All lead times are estimated, and products can occasionally become backordered or delayed. Lead times are calculated from the date of the receipt of payment.
Custom Orders: All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable once order is placed.
Payment Terms: We only accept payment by credit card. The full payment is due upon order being placed and an estimated ship date and lead-time will be issued along with the official invoice.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Most of our products are non-stock items and are hand made immediately after orders are placed.
Damaged Goods: We carefully package and check each order before it ships out. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. All damage claims must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Please contact the studio directly to make a claim.
Warranty: Thislexik warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase. . All costs of shipping for inspection are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Thislexik shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty but is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, maintenance or operation. Our warranty extends to products purchased only by the original purchaser.
Care and Maintenance: All products should be cared for by following the specific instructions that were provided with the original product. Failure to do so may void product warranty.
